EXCELLENT service! Not only did they make the repairs needed to get my vehicle back on the road, but showed me some underlying issues that down the road would have been a bigger problem had it gone undiscovered and not addressed. Additionally, one of my "issues" turned out to be something else loose in one area causing me to hear a noise. This anticipated repair turned out to be a short amount of time for the tech and resolved at a cost to me of zero. The team is TOP NOTCH as they are led by an outstanding management team. You will not find a higher level of service and commitment to the customer than General Tire Service in Gallatin. You will also not find a family owned and operated shop that will put a mower tube or tire on, repair your vehicle, take care of your industrial equipment tires, and accommodate semis and other large commercial trucks. Best service in the business
Brought the car in for oil change/tire rotate balance. Brought it home with a significant oil leak. Took it back and they replaced gasket on oil filter. Brought it back home and it’s leaking around oil plug. The service here has consistently gone down hill.
Above and beyond every time!!! When i first moved here, my wife and I didn't know anyone. She got a flat tire and was overwhelmed with the move and I was an hour away. She came into general for almost in tears and they took care of her like she was family. That was 5 years ago and I won't use anyone else. Thank you!
